Ascea is located in the heart of the coast of the Cilento National Park. For over 20 years, this place has been awarded the Blue Flag of Europe's beaches and the Sails of Legambiente, as well as being recognized with the Green Flag, which rewards places ideal for families with children. The beautiful beach of Ascea is 6 kilometers long and has soft golden sand, surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation and beautiful olive trees. At the end of the beach, there is a small cove delimited by the majestic cliff of Punta del Telegrafo, characterized by suggestive coves and hidden inlets. Behind it, there are Baia d'Argento and Baia della Rondinella, reachable only by sea. Instead, at the southern end of the Marina, there are dune formations where, from July to September, the beautiful sea lily blooms, protected by a collection ban. The sea that bathes Ascea Marina's beach is very beautiful, blue, crystalline, and transparent, with sandy and sloping bottoms, perfect for swimming. The beach is well-kept and well-equipped, with numerous tourist facilities and services of all types nearby.
